We provide COURIER DELIVERY or SELF COLLECT at myT for three types of order :
- Standard Order (7-14 working days)
- Rush Order (3-6 working days)
- Extra Rush Order (1-2 working days) by Self Collect at myT only.
The working days is from Monday to Friday (exclude Public Holiday).

POLICY
Please decide delivery or collection branch before placing the order. If you change your mind, one additional working day will be required for arrangement.
Balance must be paid in full upon collection or before delivery.
myT only works with reliable courier services that have good track records.
We are committed to the timely delivery and safety of the product to our customers.
However, we are not responsible for items missing ,damaged in transit or any delivery delay by the courier company due to factors such as weather, emergencies and the efficiency of the courier service.
