Returns Policy

1. Please note that there will be a difference of 1-2 cm for our T-shirts. Please do not consider these qualities as defect. Thus, we will not entertain claims of bad cutting/ bad fitting that do not meet personal expectation.

2. Please note that there may be slight difference in colour of the product as seen on the monitor and the actual colour.

3. Please note that there may be slight difference in design measurement and design proportion on product’s visual mock up as seen on monitor and  the actual size measurement and size proportion. Please refer to the details such as design measurement, position and colour before making confirmation on product’s visual mockup. Once confirmation has been made, no change(s) can be made.

4. myT resources ensures that all items are packed and shipped out in good condition.

5. We are not able to accept returns based on incorrect shirt sizes. We do offer size charts and customer reviews of products to assist with choosing sizes prior to ordering. Since we do not know what each of our customers look like, or what their shirt fit preferences are, we have no way of knowing if each customer will fit in the size they order.

6. myT resources shall not be responsible for any lost / damage of the goods during delivery by courier services. However, customer can claim for lost & damages from the courier company.

7. Customer can bring their own items for printing, however there is no warranty for own items regardless any problem conditions.

Returning Damaged / Defective Items

In cases of damage or defect, the return process can often be expedited by providing a digital image of the damage or defect (along with a clear description of the problem) in an email to our customer support team. In many cases, action (in the form of replacement) can be taken as soon as substantiation of the claim has been provided by the customer and the items  can be returned once the replacement is ready.

If the damage / defect cannot be verified over the phone or via email contact, the item may be required to return to myT first for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.

Our team will verify and notify you with a Return Number via email for returning process if you fulfill the return policy below:

1. Return item(s) must be made within 8 working days upon receiving your order.

2. Return item(s) shall be un-used, in new-condition as purchased and in the original packaging with all labels / stickers attached (if applicable).

3. Return item(s) shall be attached with myT resources receipt when send back to us.

4. Any noticeable wear is not acceptable for return.

5. If the product product return to us is in bad condition, we reserve the right not to accept it.

6.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid by the customer. We do not reimburse any shipping charges.

7. We are not responsible for any lost / damage at the goods during delivery. Claims for lost/damage can be made to the courier company involved.

8. You will receive your refund / replacement within 14 working days after confirmation by myT resources upon checking and received return item(s) is in good condition as sent.

9. Same order item(s) can only be replaced one time.

How To Return

1. Email us, info@myT.my the description of the problem along with a clear digital image of the problem.

2.Our team will verify and notify you with a RETURN NUMBER via email for returning process.

3. Kindly pack your item(s) using the original parcel packaging or suitable new packaging with original receipt.

4. Write the Return Number we provided to you in a conspicuous place on the receipt & outside of the return parcel.

5. Send your return parcel to us by using REGISTERED POST at your nearest post office / courier service centre. Notified us your return parcel tracking number via email after sent.

6. Send the return parcel to:

7. You will be notified when your return is received at our facilities and an email will be sent letting you know once the reprint has been initiated
